There’s more info in our FAQ. In terms of actually collecting dues, we will just do it in person because one requirement for becoming a member will be either joining us on a ride or showing up at a meeting. Preferably both. 
And because this is so small scale, there’s no reason to figure out some online dues system that the club would have to pay for.
