Are the BDR screenings fund raising events?
They are not fundraising events. There will probably be someway to donate to BDR, but that’s not the primary purpose. The way it works is that BDR actually charges the dealership or venue to screen their movie.

I bought a ticket, but probably am not the best candidate to drive. I’ll make the call on whether or not I’m going after my procedure.
I’m out now- it turns out that weekend is the best weekend for me to go see my girlfriend in California. If my ticket is transferable, I’ll try to give it to someone.
