Anyone want to do a little campout on the Summer Soltice? Technically, it’s June 21 at 4am, which would mean camping out on Sunday night, coming home Monday morning. I could also be convinced to do it Saturday night, June 20.
Here’s the thing: I’ll have to be in my van with my pup because Starla is out of town until Tuesday. So! We can choose a spot (I’m thinking up toward Red Feather Lakes, and even have some GPS coordinates for us), and just meet there. Anyone riding should obviously do the ride together.
Any takers? And if so, which day do you prefer?
Are you planning on taking a bike and riding some from camp or just a camping trip? I’m interested but I gotta see how Dougie is doing so can’t commit.
Likely just camping and hanging out.

I was all in and then my pea brain remembered that it’s Father’s Day weekend. I should probably stay home and be adored and showered with love by my family instead.

I came here to say the same thing. And it was awkward- I had to ask the wife if she and the kid were planning anything for Father’s Day. And it was a yes - they are taking me to a steak house. Yay and boo at the same time.

I was considering an overnight Sunday via moto, but closeby as I have a 9am Zoom call. If there’s some momentum that might push me over the edge to commit.
Is there still the last Tuesday of the month meet up at a brewery or such?
