Resistance Training Resources

Here are some guys I follow on YouTube and some other suggestions for you to learn more our resistance training specifically and “training” in general:

Renaissance Periodization – Dr Mike is very sharp sports scientist, bodybuilder, and is pretty entertaining as an added bonus.

Jeff Nipard – another science-based training guy.

AthleanX – more science-based training and excellent resource for technique videos. I did one of his 12-16wk programs a couple winters ago and enjoyed the focus of the program while learning what does and doesn’t work for me.

Anything by Dr Huberman and Andy Galpin did an excellent podcast series together last summer, I believe. Look for it.
