VeeMoto Hitman 55 tires
On Ebay, all sizes are between $60 and $90, and they look a lot like a tkc80. All are tubeless ready. I wouldn’t run the front on a bike I rode aggressively, but the rears look good enough for most sane big bike riding. I just bought a rear tire for my r1200gsa for $82 shipped, which is ridiculous. I don’t do hard terrain on that bike, so it should be fine.

Keep us posted on mounting and tests. Ill be curious to see results
We have TKC80s on Kandi’s 310…hmmm
Just got it mounted. This was the first time changing a rear tire on the GS, my only bike that is tubeless. I have this steel bar bolted to my garage wall, and a chunk of trex cut to fit for bead breaking. When not in use I just rotate it up against the wall and a nail in the wall keeps it from swinging down.
The Hitman 55 tire went on easier than any rear tire I’ve ever mounted. Softer rubber than most, I think. You know its a cool tire because murderers-for-hire are cool and 55 is a cool number. Plus, you know its an adventure tire because of the way it is. It even says “Adventure” between the tread blocks, in case you forget. Its a very round tire. At 1/3 the price of a Motoz and easy to spoon on, this might be an awesome budget rear tire for people who don’t need something ultra aggressive. I will report back after I’ve gone on a long ride, but tires are tires. You can tell what they do by the tread pattern.

Your awesome bead breaker set up totally dominated my attention in this post. Bead breaker, genius… Tire, Eh… and Hitman 55 is a curious name!
Who is this tire trying to kill? You or the competition? LOL
I’ll have to let you know after the first ride who the tire wants to kill.
There is zero chance I would have gotten that 10 year old tubeless tire off the rim without the bead breaker. Such a simple device that saves me so much time and effort.
