Been a great riding season, and met so many new folks. Truly been a thankful year, and look forward to those joining the holiday dinner and future rides in 26!

As a cliché statement for this particular day, I’m truly grateful for what this group is becoming; I’ve met so many genuine, generous, rock solid people in the past two years because of BCADV, and friendships have developed outside the moto context as well. At 51, and having gone through a number of near-death health challenges over the past eight years, experiencing this type of positivity and connection is so rare, and I don’t take one minute of it for granted. You all have been healing for me in so many ways - even all the shit talking. Maybe especially the shit talking.
Starla and I are just hanging alone today, and if anyone else is in the same boat, I wouldn’t be mad at having a big fire pit hang in the back yard later today as the sun’s going down. Holler/DM if you’d like/want/need that.
There’s no such thing as good turkey.

Thankful for postponed winter. Riding a dry Switzerland Trail on Thanksgiving was a first!
